Simply place a balloon through the slit on the cover, blow it up, tie it off, tuck in the tail and your balloon is now a safer, lightweight, bouncy, and colourful ball. Includes machine washable cotton/poly balloon ball cover, two 12" balloons, and an activity sheet. Please provide supervision for young children as any balloon product may present a choking hazard.
