Storage is the reason these exist. Three drums put away in the space of one is the difference between a classroom set that gets used and one that ends up in a hallway. They also load into a car in one armful, which matters for anyone running sessions in more than one building.

A tubolo is a straight-sided single-headed tube. The note is higher, drier and shorter than a djembe, which is what lets it cut through a circle rather than adding to the wash of low end.

Three sizes are stocked, singly or as a nesting three-piece set, giving a low, middle and high voice. A nine inch add-on extends a set you already have.

Shells are composite with fibreskin heads, so they hold their pitch through humidity changes and take classroom handling. Finishes are Ocean Blue, Caribbean, Baliku Chocolate, Abstract Orange and Gold and Black.
