The Windsongs series is the recorder backbone here, six student books moving from a first three-note tune through Canadian and traditional repertoire and finishing with Alto Odyssey for students changing size, with a teacher's guide and companion CD covering the whole series. Recorder Express by Artie Almeida, It's Recorder Time, and the Recorder Resource Kit and Complete Recorder Kit by Denise Gagné round out the recorder shelf.

For ukulele, Little Ukers comes in Levels 1 and 2, each published separately for C tuning and for D tuning, which matters because the chord shapes and diagrams differ between the two.
