Collection: Concert Ukuleles

Concert ukuleles from THE CLASSIC, Ohana and PUKANALA. At roughly 23 inches the concert is a step up in scale from the soprano, with wider fret spacing and a slightly larger body.

That extra room is the reason most adults and older students prefer it. Chord shapes are identical to a soprano and the tuning is the same, so nothing has to be relearned, but there is more space between frets and more air in the body, which gives a fuller and slightly deeper tone.

This is the widest size range we carry. Mahogany laminate models suit classroom and beginner use. Solid-top models add richness that develops with playing. All-solid and walnut models with slotted heads sit at the top of the range. Several are available with a pickup for amplified playing, including a slim-line body for players who want something closer to an electric.
