Collection: Music Stands

Stands for sheet music, instruments and Orff bar instruments, from PROFILE, EMUS, SUZUKI and Manhasset.

Sheet music stands divide by what they are for. Folding stands from PROFILE and EMUS collapse flat and travel, which suits a program moving between rooms. The Manhasset M48 is the heavy fixed-base orchestral stand, which does not tip when a student leans on it and does not need adjusting every time it is set up. Desktop stands sit on a table or a piano for a seated player.

Orff stands are sized by instrument rather than being general-purpose. EMUS supplies a soprano and alto stand and a bass stand, and SUZUKI supplies stands for diatonic and for chromatic instruments, with reinforcement plates for the chromatic model. Getting the height right is what lets a student play with a relaxed arm rather than reaching.

Instrument stands cover ukulele and guitar. Folding floor stands from EMUS and PROFILE hold an instrument upright and collapse when the lesson ends. The EMUS guitar wall mount holds by the headstock and uses no floor space at all.

Also here: a stand for tone chimes, and MEINL conga risers, which lift a conga off the floor so the bottom stays open and the drum speaks properly.
