Peruvian bamboo pan flutes from GMP, made from graduated lengths of cane lashed side by side and played by blowing across the open tops.

Two options are stocked. The untuned range comes in three sizes and is used where the sound matters more than the pitch, in sound exploration, world music units and as a display instrument. The 13-note deluxe model is tuned, so it can be played in a melody line alongside other instruments.

No prior technique is needed to get a note out of one, which makes them useful for a first encounter with a wind instrument.
