Collection: EMUS Rainbow Classroom Series

The EMUS Rainbow series, where every note carries its own colour.

Colour-coding solves a specific problem. A student who cannot yet read notation can still be told to play the red bar, which means the whole class participates from the first lesson rather than waiting for the reading to catch up. It also makes an instrument self-explanatory on a cart in a shared room.

Unless otherwise noted, the series follows the Boomwhackers colour standard, so these instruments match tubes, charts and repertoire a program already owns rather than introducing a second system.

The range covers fibreglass Orff instruments where each bar is a different colour, resonator bell sets, and junior handbells, along with other rainbow-finish classroom instruments.

Fibreglass is the right material for this. It holds its tuning through humidity changes, takes daily classroom handling, and the colour is through the bar rather than painted on top, so it does not wear off where the mallet lands.
