The AULOS E303 3-piece English/Baroque soprano recorder is made in Japan from tough ABS plastic, and it is one of our most popular recorders. It plays in the key of C and uses English/Baroque fingering, which keeps sharps and flats in tune as students move past the beginner stage. If your music program teaches German fingering, choose the AULOS E302 instead. You can tell the two apart by the holes on the body: on an English/Baroque recorder, the small hole sits above the large one.

The three pieces fit together with secure joints that keep the recorder aligned while students play. The removable thumb rest helps young players hold the recorder in the correct position. It is finished in ivory and measures 13" long.

Includes a cloth bag, a cleaning rod and a fingering chart.
