If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase in its
original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Manufacturing defects or shipping damage are replaced or refunded.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on instruments that are blown into — recorders, harmonicas, melodicas and kazoos. Please contact our shipping department before returning goods, and package items securely to avoid damage in transit. We do not accept collect shipments.

Can I pre-order an out-of-stock item?Yes. Send us the SKU or product name, the quantity, and your name, shipping address and contact details through the contact form.
