Cosmetic Imperfection Discount

All ukuleles undergo a full inspection by our in-house luthier. Instruments that meet our performance standards but show aesthetic irregularities—such as discolouration, small scratches, dents, or other minor finish aberrations—are categorized as “cosmetic imperfections” and offered at a discount. Each uke is brand new, fully prepped before shipping, and unaffected in tone, durability, or playability. Blemishes vary from one instrument to another. All cosmetic-imperfection sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The PU-SMH series by PukanaLa are available in Concert (PU-SMHC) and Tenor (PU-SMHT) sizes. 

Built with solid sapele tops, backs, and sides. Both feature satin finishes, okoume necks, sapele fretboards and bridges, and bone nuts and saddles. Fitted with Aquila Nylgut strings and PukanaLa’s standard headstock, these 18-fret ukuleles are designed for reliable performance and easy playability.

Each ukulele comes with its own PUKANALA padded bag.
