Cosmetic Imperfection Discount

All ukuleles undergo a full inspection by our in-house luthier. Instruments that meet our performance standards but show aesthetic irregularities—such as discolouration, small scratches, dents, or other minor finish aberrations—are categorized as “cosmetic imperfections” and offered at a discount. Each uke is brand new, fully prepped before shipping, and unaffected in tone, durability, or playability. Blemishes vary from one instrument to another. All cosmetic-imperfection sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The PU-NVC (Concert), and PU-NVT (Tenor) models feature all Sapele bodies, Okoume necks, and satin finishes for a clean, consistent feel across sizes. Each instrument is equipped with a Sapele fretboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and Aquila Nylgut strings.
